Thank you for shopping with Dream Performance Apparel. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


All Sales Are Final (Except Proven Defects)

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives with a proven manufacturing defect.

A product is considered defective if it arrives damaged, printed incorrectly, or materially different from what was advertised. Normal wear-and-tear, color variations, or size-fit issues are not considered defects.


Defective Item Claims

If you believe your item is defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

To begin the review process, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the defect

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

You may submit your claim by either of the following:

Once received, our team will review the evidence and determine whether the item qualifies as defective.


Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, Dream Performance Apparel will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We do not accept returns of defective items unless specifically requested by our team.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer

  • Slight color variations due to screen/monitor differences

  • Normal printing or fabric characteristics (minor misalignments, small variations in placement, etc.)

  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery

All sales are final outside of verified defects.


Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Dream Performance Apparel is not responsible for packages after they are scanned as delivered.

Dream Performance Apparel reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
